To whom it may concern,
I am writing you today in regard to the docket# 98P-0151/CP1 relating to the 
sale of downed animals for the purpose of the National School Lunch Program.

Animals who are too sick even to stand pose a great health threat and should 
NOT be allowed to enter the human food chain!

It is inhumane to both children and animals to continue letting the downed 
animal trade to both prosper and profit from such atrocities.

Thank you for your time and I urge you to please prohibit the slaughter of 
downed animals.
