I am emailing you as a concerned citizen and doctor
about the abuse that "downed" animals suffer
throughout the United States.  This practice is
implorable and potentially dangerous to humans who
consumed the meat of such animals.

Please support Docket 98P-0151/CS1 regarding this
issue.  It is the humane thing to do.
