Dear Corporate and Government Leaders, Genetically engineered food ingredients or crops should not be allowed on the market until: 1) Independent safety testing demonstrates they have no harmful effects on human health or the environment, 2) They are labeled to ensure the consumer's right-to-know, and 3) The biotechnology corporations that manufacture them are held responsible for any harm. To Whom it May Concern, I am in firm belif that all of the above criteria must be met before any genetically altered food should be allowed to be sold. As a consumer I have the right to make informed decisions especially if they are potentially dangerous to my health. I am offended by your lack of social conscience and ill will to the people who purchase your products and make it possible for you to continue doing business. Although I cannot stop you from continuing this unsafe and unethical practice, I can and will, discontinue using and purchasing your products until you become more ethical in how you treat your customers and society in general.
