Protect US Citizens from hazardous substances of which Monsanto's rbGH "Posilac" bovine growth hormone substance has been proven to be a significant force that accelerates the growth and proliferation of cancers, both in test animals and humans. Additionally, I understand that the FDA has not complied, within the allocated time allowed by US law, with a FOIA request to divulge any and all communications between FDA and Monsanto (companies) regarding the testing, evaluation and approval of rbGH. Please comply with the FOIA law. Regards, Brian Matthew Mansell 890 34th Ave. #1 San Francisco, CA 94121 415-751-4952 brianmansell@mindspring.com
