Subject: Downed Animal Protection Act

Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to request that you GRANT PETITION 98-P -0151/CP1, the Downed
Animal Protection Act. This legislation would prohibit any stockyard or
market buyer to buy, sell , transfer or drag any animal that is unable to
stand on his or her own. This legislation further requires that all downed
animals be human euthanized. This is America, the best country in the world
and this disgraceful behavior to a living feeling creature should  not be
tolerated. Stop the institutionalized concentration camps we call Factory
Farms.
