Research & Development in support of the Computer Sciences and Information Systems Center includes basic and advanced research by CS&IS departments, and by the Student Research Institutes – the Center for Cyber Defenders (CCD) Institute and the Computer Science Research Institute (CSRI). These departments and institutes work together to explore and promote advances and innovations in computer science and information systems, and give researchers and student interns educational and employment opportunities on the cutting edge of these technologies.
