| Duties And Responsibilities: | Under the direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Incumbent will perform the less technical semiprofessional tasks and administrative support duties for the Contract Review and Compliance Projects (CRCP) Unit. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 60% Participates in Proposal preparation, including 1) editing for correctness and consistency throughout the Proposal (ETP 130, ETP 100, and Intranet Chart); and 2) preparing the Eroute Slip for the Regional Offices which identifies the revisions requested by CRCP and Executive Staff and requests any additional information that is required to finalize the Proposal in a timely and complete manner to meet Unit deadlines. 35% Provides administrative support to the Manager and three professional staff assigned to the Unit. This includes preparing the monthly Panel Tracking document; preparing the Agenda and the Table of Contents for the monthly Panel Meeting; and preparing the Agreements and Amendments which comprise the monthly Panel Packet and posting them on the ETP website for the public. 5% Performs ancillary duties and works on special projects as needed. 100% |
