Now available: You can now view a by month summary when you select the year view. Just click the year and then click on the graph for the group view by month.

More changes: You can now drill down from the month graph. Just click on the group and get a day-by-day list. (Please be patient, this is a db query. It will cache the results after the first lookup. Partial month is not cached and will also have the wrong number of total days.)

Just a couple of things to note about the month data.

1. Certain groups may see an increase in jobs counts, this is due to the fact that project name and group name may be the same. I had to select the data by both since part of the database is does not have accurate project names in it. This is a time consideration.
   
2. Job counts are done by when the job finishes, thus there may be days with no jobs count but with wall and cpu time.

Ledgend:

• Ready - This is the final run for that month and all available data has been collected. This is generated 5 days after the end of the month. (We have 5 day queues and the data only gets entered into the db when the job finishes.)
• No Data - No data is available in the given month. Either the db was corrupt or log files lost.
• Partial - This a running total for that month. This will also affect the year that partial falls in.
• Coming - Data has not been generated for that month yet.
• Year - Clicking on the year will give that years summary of all group activities on PDSF.
