Subject:	NERSC services over the holidays

Dear NERSC users, NERSC consultants and account support personnel will be available until 5 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, December 21. Full service begins again at 8 AM January, 2. During the holiday break, machines will be available as usual. Scheduled downs will be announced on the Message of the Day (http://hpcf.nersc.gov/news/motd.html). Operations staff will be present at all times. If your problem needs urgent attention you can contact them at 1-800-66-NERSC menu 3 or 1-510-486-6800. Consultants will be available from 8 to 5 Pacific Time on December 27 and 28.
