Since Thursday at 9-11 Pacific time seems to work, I see no reason that
we could
not just move it to another Thursday (i.e. other than the 3rd Thursday).
Francesca -- please send email to the appropriate email list asking if
there are
any objections to moving the NUG teleconf to a different Thursday.
Assuming there are
no objections, we can pick a day. And if there are objections, hopefully
at least
one Thursday will work for everyone who wants to attend.
