9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Sat
Instructor: To be AnnouncedWashington, DC$595

Overview:
The PRAXIS /Pre-Professional Skills Test (PPST) measures basic skills in reading, writing, and math skills that colleges and universities often require for entry into Teacher Education Programs. Many school systems require their teachers to have taken the PRAXIS exam. This course will help prepare you to maximize your test performance and includes specific test overviews, testing tips, strategies, and information on reducing test anxiety. For more information on the PRAXIS, visit the Educational Testing Service at www.ets.org.

Math concepts appearing often on the PRAXIS I are reviewed and drilled in this course, however, students who do not possess a solid knowledge of high school math should first take a math review course where students will have ample opportunity to relearn basic math skills. Also, please be aware that there are textbook materials needed for this course that comes at an additional cost to the tuition.
