Warsaw Community Based Outpatient Clinic
Features
- Primary Care Services for Veterans in Wyoming and Livingston counties.
- Handicapped Accessible: full and easy access for all veterans.
- Personal Care: A health care team consisting of a physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse and licensed practical nurse provide primary care services at the clinic, stressing health maintenance and preventative medicine.
- Behavioral Health Care: Individual and group psychotherapy for veterans experiencing personal and emotional problems, including drug and alcohol problems.
- Specialty services beyond primary care are available through the VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Buffalo. If you require more specialized tests your health care provider will arrange for a referral for these services at the WNY VA Medical Center Buffalo/Batavia.
- Laboratory: Blood drawing services available.
- Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions processed through the mail. Emergency medicines provided.
- Radiology: Chest, abdominal, and extremity x-rays available on premises.
- Parking: Free parking on premises.

From the South: Take Rte 19 North to Warsaw. Clinic is on the Right in the North end of the Hospital.
From East: Take Rte 20A East to Warsaw. Turn Left onto Rte 19 North(N Main St). Clinic is on the Right in the North end of the Hospital.
From West: Take Rte 63 south to Rt 20A West to Warsaw. Turn Right onto Rte 19 North (N. Main). Clinic is on the Right in the North end of the Hospital. |
