WildFire Magazine
An Official Publication of the IAWF for Wildland Fire Management Professionals
WildFire Magazine has been the credible resource that wildland managers and chief officers use in their efforts against urban-interface and wildland fires since 1992. Wildfire addresses issues at the local, state and federal levels and provides a unique international perspective.
Wildland fires are the fastest-growing fire threat, and the urban-interface zone is at the greatest risk. The chief officers and wildland forestry professionals responsible for mitigating and managing this fire threat make up the majority of Wildfire readers. Wildfire is published bimonthly by the International Association of Wildland Fire in partnership with Fire Chief Magazine. Editors receive news and features from all corners of the world, covering a broad range of topical issues in wildland fire.
