The 2009 Open Enrollment Retiree Booklet [PDF|64pp.|4.2 MB] provides information on all the plans available to non-Medicare and Medicare primary retirees, survivors and long-term disability terminees. Summaries in this booklet are condensed information pieces and do not replace or modify the Summary Plan Descriptions for the plans.

Note: The CIGNA Premier PPO, CIGNA Senior Premier PPO and UHC High Deductible Health Plan are no longer retiree medical plan options. Retirees currently enrolled in these plans must select another medical plan option during the Open Enrollment period to have medical coverage in calendar year 2009.

Hardcopy booklets will be mailed to all retirees, survivors and long-term disability terminees the week of October 20.
