To measure your frame size, put your right thumb and index finger around your left wrist. If your fingers overlap, select "small"; if your fingers touch, choose "medium"; if your fingers do not touch, choose "large."
Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. If you have a significant amount of muscle mass, you may weigh more than the weight listed.
These values do not apply to athletes and body builders, pregnant and nursing women, the frail or elderly or people under 18.
