Subject: policy on user held batch jobs

Dear NERSC SP-Users, Please remember that effective October 1, 2001, the policy on LoadLeveler jobs under user hold is: Jobs placed on "user hold" (LoadLeveler status HU) via the llhold command will be limited to one week in this status. After one week, these jobs will be removed from the system. Two user jobs were deleted this morning in the first application of this policy.
