As required by the Federal Activities reform act of 1998 (Public Law 105-270) ("FAIR Act"), the Commission hereby reports that it does not engage in any contracting activities that would be covered under the FAIR Act. Any services the Commission renders from an outside contractor are limited to services directly connected with its mandate as prescribed by Congress.
