Subject:	Problems with NERSC Global Filesystem

Greetings NERSC User, The NERSC Global Filesystem (NGF, also known as /project) is currently down (Monday, March 13, 16:45 PST), with no estimated uptime. We recommend that if you have any queued batch jobs that depend on NGF, you place these jobs on hold until NGF has returned to service. On Seaborg and Bassi, you can use the "llhold" command; on Jacquard, DaVinci, and PDSF, use the "qhold" command. Use the "man" command on each platform for more information about these commands, or use the NERSC website to locate vendor documentation for the various batch systems.
