Subject:	New Loadleveler "backfill" Class on Seaborg

NERSC has set up a new loadleveler class on seaborg, backfill, that will enable users to run jobs while seaborg is draining for maintentance. This class will only be enabled while the system is set to drain. The wall clock limit on the class is 4 hours, and all jobs submitted to this class will be flushed when the system is finally shut down. Jobs for this class are specified with this loadleveler script key word: # @ class = backfill which will route the job to the LoadLeveler class "reg_bf".
