Journal
Each Incident record in DMIS has a corresponding Journal related to that incident. Journal is a feature that allows the individual operating group members to enter data in a date/time stamped format and records each operator's entry. All members of an operating group can be granted permission to contribute to the Journal. In an EOC environment this allows for the recording actions taken throughout the duration of the incident/watch cycle.
