Frequent Questions

Do I need Immunizations?

Anyone born on or after 1/1/57 and taking six credit hours or more is required by the Public Health Law 2165 to provide to the Health Center with proof of two measles, one mumps, and one rubella immunization since their first birthday. Public Health Law 2167 requires students to sign a meningitis response form. This is found on the second page of the health form. A meningitis immunization is not required; however, if you have received one, please place the kind and date of immunization on the form.

How do I apply for Financial Aid?

Students must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFAS may be filed electronically at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ or you may obtain a paper application from your high school guidance counselor or the Financial Aid Office. How do I register for an Online, Credit Course?

Register and pay for credit courses using the Continuing Education Registration form* on BannerWeb. *Please note that this process may only be used by non-matriculated students to register for credit courses.
