Laboratory and Test Facilities

Laboratory and system test facilities are available to support international training and technical collaborations.  CMC laboratories are staffed and equipped to develop, fabricate, and integrate complex hardware and software systems for monitoring applications. The Outdoor Test Facility (OTF) simulates a border monitoring application to allow testing sensors, video subsystems, operating policies, etc., under realistic conditions.  Its open architecture allows integration of a wide variety of equipment into the system. The Material Monitoring Systems (MMS) Laboratory develops integrated hardware and software systems for material monitoring applications in nuclear facilities world-wide.
