How do I download a file?

  1. Right click on the item you wish to download.
  2. Select “save target as“(Microsoft Internet Explorer) or “save link as“(Netscape Navigator).
  3. Verify the folder in the “Save In“windows is the folder you wish to save the file to.
  4. Click Save.

How do I run a file?

  1. Click the start button.
  2. Click run.
  3. Click browse and browse to the location of the file you wish to run.
  4. Double click the file
  5. Click OK.
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen.

How do I unzip a file?

You must have the WinZip application installed on your computer.

  1. Click the zip file. The File Download page appears.
  2. Click Open. WinZip opens with a list of available files.
  3. From the menu bar select, Actions>Select All.
  4. Click Extract.
  5. Select a file location.
  6. Click Extract. The files will be unzipped to the specified location.
