Really am impressed by your email which shows me the high standard of the team am dealing with. Thank you for your rich and valuable information you supplied me with. It seems that as am from a third world country, my problem will persist with some journals and Publisher who have limited the access to their material to the mid or early 90's beyond which I have been asked to pay, which is a problem to me and my colleagues the method of paying for selected articles. This made us with only one alternative, that is to try to contact colleagues who are at Europe or USA, to take the problem of paying for us and to send the articles.
