Wisconsin Essential Diabetes Mellitus
Care Guidelines

Revised 2008

The Wisconsin Diabetes Advisory Group and other partners first developed the Wisconsin Diabetes Mellitus Essential Care Guidelines in 1998.  They were revised in 2001, 2004 and again in 2008.  The Guidelines, as well as webcasts, are updated periodically.  Check back for updates on a regular basis.

These Guidelines were also accepted by the National Guidelines Clearinghouse (exit DHS).

Both the professional and patient versions of the Wisconsin Essential Diabetes Mellitus Care Guidelines are available for download via this page.
