To Search RESOURCERER Using Genetic marker(s):

This genetic to physical mapping tool uses genetic markers from UniSTS. The integration of data at UniSTS includes markers from resources like GenBank, RHdb, GDB, MGD, and Whitehead Institute. The genetic markers were mapped to the genome through Electronic PCR (e-PCR) and associated with array elements in Resourcerer via DFCI Gene Index Tentative Consensus (TC) sequences. Genetic markers mapped to multiple loci were excluded.
