NBA fines Cuban for incident with Nuggets

Dallas owner Mark Cuban's expectation that the Nuggets' J.R. Smith would be suspended for an elbow that failed to connect with the Mavericks' Antoine Wright instead resulted in Cuban being fined by the NBA. Cuban responded to the fine with a blog post addressed to Smith.
