Welcome to the DOE Oak Ridge Office Information Center: One-Stop Shop
The Information Center provides stakeholders with a one-stop information facility that houses information for DOE programs in Oak Ridge and environmental management activities at uranium enrichment facilities in Paducah, Kentucky; Portsmouth, Ohio; and at the Weldon Spring Site near St. Louis, Missouri. The newly established center opened its doors in June 2002, consolidating the former DOE Public Reading Room and the Information Resource Center.
The Information Center is staffed by contractor personnel through Spectrum, Inc. Information specialists are available to assist with your requests and with locating electronic documents on the publicly available computer. The Center's centralized resources and staff enable users to easily meet their information needs.
The Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), but is closed on federal holidays.Please feel free to contact the Information Center staff during regular business hours to assist with your information needs.
Note: The Information Center does not maintain records relating to employee health concerns. Those matters are handled by the Energy Employees Compensation Resource Center.
