Tryptose or trypticase | 20 g |
Lactose | 5 g |
K2HPO4 | 2.75 g |
KH2PO4 | 2.75 g |
NaCl | 5 g |
Sodium lauryl sulfate | 0.1 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dispense 10 ml portions into 20 x 150 mm tubes containing inverted 10 x 75 mm fermentation tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 6.8 ± 0.2.
