Pyrazinamidase Agar
Tryptic soy agar (M152) | 30 g |
Yeast extract | 3 g |
Pyrazine-carboxamide | 1 g |
0.2 M Tris-maleate, pH 6.0 | 1 liter |
Heat to boiling; dispense 5 ml in 16 x 125 mm tubes. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. Cool slanted.
