Welcome to the President's Leadership Program Home Page.  In 1998, the President of CSU-Pueblo and Bill Hybl, Chairman and CEO of El Pomar Foundation had a discussion that planted the seed for the formation of CSU-Pueblo's newest and most innovative leadership program.  The President's Leadership Program (PLP) is a four-year academic leadership program at Colorado State University-Pueblo designed to develop multi-culturally competent transformational leaders who will serve Colorado and the communities in which they live and work.  PLP is one of CSU-Pueblo's answers to Pueblo and southern Colorado's growing need for competent and effective leaders entering the workforce after college.  PLP scholars work and learn in community, educational, and corporate settings to develop skills throughout their four-year participation in the PLP program.
