  • Are you concerned about competing demands on an employee's time? Telework allows an employee greater flexibility in balancing personal and professional responsibilities - though it is not a substitute for dependent care.
  • How can you and your employees continue business as usual in the event of a crisis/emergency? Telework may allow employees to continue working during emergency situations, which means you can continue to fulfill your mission even during business interruptions.
