All regulations should focus on high quality and reliability. Honest competition should be encouraged.

Continuing rail mergers are eliminating rail service to many communities. When this happens, we should work with federal, state, and local governments to do everything within our power to accommodate shippers, cooperatives or communities that need to transport their products. endcap.gif
