Annual Golf Outing - June 25, 2008

Each June the Ohio State Veterinary Medicine Alumni Society holds an annual golf outing, sponsored in part by the College of Veterinary Medicine and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. The event takes place at the Foxfire Golf Club in Lockbourne, Ohio. The day consists of 18 holes of golf in a four-person scramble format, lunch and a reception with dinner and awards. Each golfer's fee includes a $30 donation to the Veterinary Medicine Alumni Society Scholarship Fund. Additional (non-golfing) guests are welcome at the dinner and awards ceremony.

The Foxfire Golf Club has long been recognized as one of the finest public golf facilities in central Ohio. Its country location and beautiful scenery allow for a rewarding golf experience. The 2007 outing brought together 161 alumni and friends and the Alumni Society expects even more participants in 2008. Help give back to Ohio State veterinary students while experiencing another exciting golf outing. For more information please contact Dr. Michelle Harcha at harcha.2@osu.edu or call (614) 292-9296.
