Food Industry Emergency Contacts

(Revised August 31, 2004)

In the event of emergencies, such as product tampering or other public health concerns, specific food company officials can be reached by calling either of the two associations listed below and then requesting the name and phone number of the emergency contact person for the desired company. The associations maintain current emergency contact numbers of their membership for use during emergency situations or significant public health problems which arise during non-working hours.
