Your IEP (Individual Education Program)
The Individualized Education Program, or IEP, is a written plan that talks about your goals at school and the help you need to do your best.
Your IEP will be updated at least once a year, and later on will include plans for how you will transition (move) into adulthood. You can play a big role in making your IEP. To find out how, check out this student’s guide to the IEP.
