REMEMBER -- A GOOD THOROUGH INSPECTION OF INCOMING FOOD MATERIALS IS THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST PRODUCING INFESTED OR OTHERWISE CONTAMINATED FINISHED PRODUCTS. BY FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES OF THIS INSPECTION REPORT AND RECORDING YOUR FINDINGS, YOU WILL MAKE A GOOD BEGINNING AND WILL GREATLY HELP YOUR SUPERVISOR TO MAKE THE CORRECT DECISION REGARDING REJECTION OR ACCEPTANCE OF INCOMING SHIPMENTS.
