Target Audience: Persons who manufacture meat and poultry-containing products and product categories described below:
Date, Location and Time: Thursday, December 15, 2005 - 10:00am - 4:00pm CST, Chicago, IL at the Donald E.Stephens Convention Center, 5555 North River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018 near the Chicago O'Hare Airport.

Space is limited and registration will be closed when maximum seating capacity of 250 is reached.
