I just wanted to advise you Manita arrived home yesterday. She arrived in good health and spirits.
I also wanted to thank you for your help throughout the entire process and keeping us informed of all progress. In addition, I would like to point out the exceptionally good service provided by the local agent, Interfamily, who exceeded all our expectations in terms of keeping us informed of all progress in the airport and ensuring a speedy processing of Manita through local customs, who who have been in strike for some time and are delaying all processing of goods and animals. Without their endeavors it is likely that Manita would still be sitting in customs.

Dear Gay and Norm,
Thank you very much for organizing the transport for the cats. We really
appreciate all Norm's care and effort to ensure they spent as little time as
possible on the journey, and that we had all the information we needed to prepare them for travel.
They arrived safely at their new house yesterday. Miss Onatopp has made her home in a cat hotel and stops Cortez from getting in with her. They spent last night throwing their bedding all over the floor. Ozzy escaped from the
garage and explored the house in under five minutes this morning. Cortez is hissing and eating which sounds about normal. My mother in law is staying with them during the day until we arrive at the end of next week.

Buddy and Sassy are here, safe and sound here in Paradise! It's so GREAT to have them back sleeping next to me on the couch... they love the house and yard, and appear to be in super shape! THANKS so very much for all your assistance and help, the whole experience really was painless. You enabled me to really enjoy our vacation time knowing the dogs were in good hands. I'll give you a call tomorrow, but wanted you to know they are here. They arrived about 1915hrs, and we had them in the truck by 1950, and home by 2030. As my son would say "easy-smeezy, lemon squeezy..." Only spent about 10 minutes signing all paperwork and paying for delivery.

My opinion of the whole process is that you folks are doing a great job. From the very beginning I had a good feeling of confidence. You had a very positive attitude and were knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know.
Prior to connecting with you I had done a lot of research on the web and had communicated with a number of service providers. Yet I would not have trusted any of them. Those that seemed knowledgeable only handled the USA part of the process and the others that would handle it from the beginning to end didn't know everything that needed to be done.
What impressed me most, Kevin, is that you addressed my fears from the very beginning. It felt as though you were taking me by the hand and helping me along, and that is what I needed. That is what I think is important for the type of service you offer. Not only is it about knowing what you are doing, it is also good people skills.

Great pleasure at working with Dennis Bennet in the shipping of my dog, Charley, to California. I wanted to thank you for the professionalism you company showed in the transporting of my dog.

My wife Susan & I would like to give you our utmost thanks for the wonderful way you handled the transportation of our dog, Gizmo.
I was very sad at the airport when I had to send Gizmo to Spain. He was very uncomfortable & I'm sure very scared. Your assurance gave me the necessary trust that I had been unsure of, as we had never had to transport Gizmo any further than the next province in the car. As we are relocating to Spain, my wife had researched all avenues of transporting our dog ourselves. We found many websites that catered to moving pets but we had eliminated all of them when she found yours. After the initial contact with you, my wife was positive that Boomerang Pet Carrier, your company, would be the right choice. When you came over to the house for initial preparation of Gizmo's carrier, I was also very comfortable with your professionalism. Karen, you know your stuff!!! Hi Manuel and everybody at Las Lunas,
The dogs are finally here in Oulu, Finland! I was very pleased to see that they all are in very good shape and the long flight did not harm them in any way! The crates were dry and clean so they were taken care of during the long flights, in Frankfurt and Helsinki they got out to be able to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. All three of them were very happy to see me. After some playing in the snow and a nice meal, they are now lying beside me and seem to be happy to be here. Viki, the terrier, does not leave me out of sight, she seems to be the one who was missing me the most! Even though the weather here is about -3 degrees Celsius and in Buenos Aires it was +20, they are not cold, they love the snow!
I also noticed that you washed them before sending them, thank you! They look good and healthy.
Thank you very, very much for taking care of my dogs! I could not have done it without your help!

One more thing; Pet Cargo told me that since EU now is so strict about importing dogs, customs both in Frankfurt and Helsinki checked all the paper work twice! All paperwork was very good and they had nothing to complain about. A friend, who tried to import a rottweiler from Slovakia at the same time, was not so lucky. Her dog was sent back to Slovakia since the paperwork was not done correctly. So, thanks for this also!

Hi. We are Gerald & Nida Enjalran. We are living in Australia. Here we're writing to you to express our grateful feelings to one of your members - Groovy Pet Transport - and to tell our experience.
We happened to know you and Groovy Pet through Google Search engine by internet connection and also by the introduction of Mr.Simon - Dogs Tainer-which based in Brisbane.
Our story started from our boat accident in Sumba island, Indonesia last year. Worse than that we had left Luna, our dog, there with the boat. The heart sank and seemed that it died with sorrow. We hoped that as she was a young dog,she would be survived until we came. Yes..it was exactly one year that at last we did with the help of Groovy Pet Transport.
Nida did contact Mr. Juda - Groovy Pet through email...to ask for help. They tried their best to find out how to get the dog out of Sumba island - where is so far South from their base in Jakarta... It was a miracle...we could said. Luna was shipped to Kupang, Timor, then to Jakarta immediately. All the gates open for her to be free... Little Dalmatian Luna. The mission was successful...Tears and joy came to everybody's face when hearing the story.
Little Luna..had a great time with Groovy Pet and friends in Jakarta more than one month. She knows everybody in the shop and everbody loves her. Nida flied to Jakarta to see her daughter. We
decided to ship her to stay with my mother in France..as we can't take care of her for the moment. Yes..for friends in Indonesia...not long it's time to say Good Bye. It was so sad..but so happy at the same time to learn that at last she be back home.
We are all happy and would like to thank Groovy Pet - Mr.Juda & Ms.Lucy, Ms.Doris and the team...especially..Mrs. Agus.. Without your great help, Luna might die in Sumba island before we could rescue her out.
We are here also to thank IPATA to have such a good memeber who having not only high standard in service but also..they are real dog lovers... They have done the great job..indeed.

Dear Bridget,
I was truly impressed with the professional approach Happy Tails gave to me
and Casper. They pulled out all the stops after I contacted them to arrange
a flight from the USA to the UK and got me the best deal possible. If it had
not been for Happy Tails I would have either had to leave my dog behind or
had him put to sleep and neither of these two options were acceptable to me.
The staff did their utmost... when I emailed or called asking what was going
on or if there had been any progress - they were always happy to help and
give me advice. I don't plan on taking Casper abroad again, but if I do,
then I would certainly use Happy Tails!

I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for the safe arrival of Abby - she is a bit subdued and will not leave our sides but she will be fine after a few days. So much has been non routine lately for her and she is now investigating the new housing and barking at the neighbors...
