A Premarket Notification (FCN No. 000072), submitted by KoSo, to provide for ethylene terephthalate-iso-phthalate copolymers to be used in repeated use food-contact articles
The Chemistry and Environmental Review Team has determined that allowing this notification to become effective will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and therefore will not require the preparation of an environmental impact statement. This finding is based on an environmental assessment prepared by the notifier.
