Finding of No Significant Impact

A Premarket Notification (FCN No. 000062), submitted by Sidel S.A. to provide for the safe use of amorphous hydrogenated carbon as an internal coating for food containers

The Chemistry and Environmental Review Team has determined that allowing this notification to become effective will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and therefore will not require the preparation of an environmental impact statement. This finding is based on an environmental assessment prepared by the notifier.
