Park Maintenance Facilities Interim Relocation Project

GGNRA is proposing to relocate, on an interim basis, various maintenance functions currently situated in the Presidio of San Francisco. These functions are largely housed in structures and on sites in Area B of the Presidio which is administered by the Presidio Trust, an independent federal agency. GGNRA must vacate these facilities in the near future to accommodate the Trust’s leasing schedule for these buildings, and move these functions to other suitable areas within the park. The proposed project would relocate these functions on an interim basis, for 5-10 years, until a long-term solution is identified through a separate park planning process.

The park is preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) for this project. The EA will be posted to this website when available for review.
