BioKIDS: Kids Inquiry of Diverse Species (2000-2005) supports our collaboration with the OneSky team at the University of Michigan School of Education, the LeTUS program, and NatureMapping.
We are collaborating on efforts to visualize biodiversity information with the Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory at University of Maryland. The first product is TaxonTree.
Discovery Communications provides support by licensing text from one hundred of our species accounts. They are using this text on their own web pages.
University of Michigan has provided funds via the Museum of Zoology, Information Technology Central Services (formerly ITD), and the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
