I think that the USA is very progressive in their approach to Ephedra. I used Ephedra while weight training to speed up my heart and circulation.I also found that there was a natural tendency to abuse the Ephedra, because for a short time, it really was like taking adrenaline.
The side effects are frightening; racing pulse; a feeling the chest was going to burst and no way to stop the feeling like the heart was out of control.
Something like Ephedra should be taken off the market; its dangerous.
