The Department of Health & Human Services is pleased to announce that as of January 15, 2008 all comments for Department regulations should be submitted via Regulations.gov, the public face of the U.S. government's eRulemaking Program, which facilitates public participation in the federal regulatory process by improving the public's ability to find, view, and comment on federal regulatory actions. Regulations.gov allows the public to communicate with a broad spectrum of government agencies whose regulations touch countless aspects of their daily lives.
