LANL: Bradbury Science Museum

Origin and Operation

Rich in history, the Museum was founded in 1963 and is named for the Laboratory's second director, Norris E. Bradbury, who served from 1945 to 1970. The Museum is a part of Los Alamos National Laboratory, which is operated by Los Alamos National Security, LLC for the U.S. Department of Energy's NNSA.

The Museum is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and Sunday - Monday, 1pm to 5pm. The museum is open for all Federal Holidays and closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years (see Visiting).
Admission is free.
