VERIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Enter up to three phone numbers and your email address and click Submit. For the phone numbers, enter the area code in the box on the left and the rest of the number in the box on the right. Enter your email address where indicated. Use the Tab key or your mouse to move from box to box.

Click Submit. You will go to a page that lets you check that your information is correct. If your information is correct, click Verify to continue the process. If it isn't, click Change to correct your information.

Important: After you click Verify, you should receive an email from Verify@donotcall.gov within a few minutes verifying your registration. Please print a copy of your confirmation for your records.
