- The PIF/CAR/DQR (Problem Identification Form/Corrective Action Report/Data Quality Report) data base system is used by ARM project management to track problems and to report on data quality.
The Problem Identification Form (PIF) is the general form to be used by ARM data users to report problems or issues with ARM data.
If you experience difficulties using the PIF/CAR/DQR reporting forms, you can send your report on a problem with ARM data (PIF) to problems@arm.gov or a report on data quality (DQR) to dqr@arm.gov

The ARM Program uses the DQPR (Data Quality Problem Report) system to allow ARM Site Scientists and Instrument Team and Data Quality Office members to report findings of unacceptable data quality to Site Operations staff.
A search tool is available that provides browse and query capabilities for the PIF/CAR/DQR and DQPR reporting systems. This tool also includes simple BCR/ECR (Baseline Change Request/Engineering Change Request) database search features as well.
