1. Girl 1 at locker says to another girl who is looking for something in locker: “Why are you going through my locker?”

2. Clock in background reads 5:45. Boss: “I told you to get here by five o’clock!” Girl: “I think you said to be here by six.”

3. Girl 1 stands apart from a group of girls hanging out in front of school. Girl 1 thinks: “I wonder why they won’t talk to me.”

4. “Noise” coming though the walls. Girl trying to study saying, “It’s so loud, I can’t even hear myself think!”

5. Watching TV with boyfriend, Girl 1 says: “I don’t want to watch football again. Why do we always have to do what you want to do?”

6. Girl 1: “I heard you’re going to break up with John.” Girl 2 thinks to herself: “I told Veronica not to tell anyone. I can’t believe she told someone else!”

7. Teacher: “Can you redo this report?” Student thinks to herself: “I’ve done it five times already. He’ll never be happy!”
