Clarification of Amended CTRC reports
A casino filer requested that FinCEN clarify the instructions for e-filing the CTR-C when all of the required information was not available. FinCEN has expanded the section titled “How to file amended CTRC’s to invalid files” section, please see page 9 of the revised Requirements Specifications document that will be Effective August 2008 as follows:
